Requesting a refund for the Premium version purchase

If you purchased the Premium version of Sticker GO! and want to request a refund, please note that we cannot process refunds directly from the app. All payments and refund requests are handled exclusively by the store where the purchase was made.

If purchased via Google Play (Android):

  1. Visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244

  2. Log in with the Google account used for the purchase

  3. Go to “Order history” and find the purchase

  4. Click “Request a refund” and follow the instructions

If purchased via App Store (iOS):

  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Log in with your Apple ID

  3. Find the purchase in the list and select “Request a refund”

  4. Choose a reason and submit the request

 

Important: refund requests are subject to approval by Apple or Google.
