The feedback system on Sticker GO allows you to evaluate your experience after completing a sticker trade. Leaving feedback is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to improve transparency and trust within the community.
What kind of feedback can I leave?
After each trade, you have the option to leave either positive feedback or a report. Positive feedback indicates that the trade went smoothly and you are satisfied with the experience. A report indicates that there were problems during the trade process.
How can I see the feedback I received?
The total number of positive feedbacks and reports (negative feedbacks) you have received is visible at the top right of your profile. This allows you to monitor your reputation within the Sticker GO community.
Who can see my feedback?
Your feedback is visible to other users when you send or receive a trade proposal. This helps other users make informed decisions before completing a trade with you.
What are the consequences of receiving negative feedback?
Receiving a high number of reports can result in being banned from our app. Therefore, it is important to respect the rules of Sticker GO and treat other users with respect during trades.
Can I remove or modify feedback?
It is not possible to remove or modify a positive feedback once it has been left on Sticker GO but you can decide to remove negative feedback that you left by going to the negative feedback section and clicking “resolve”
How can I remedy negative feedback I received?
By going to the feedback section, you can try to chat with the user who gave you the negative feedback. Try to resolve the misunderstanding and ask the user to remove the negative feedback if the issue has been resolved.
What happens if I don’t leave any feedback?
Not leaving feedback will not negatively affect your experience on Sticker GO, but we encourage all users to provide feedback to help improve the quality of trades within our community.
How can I improve my rating?
To improve your rating on Sticker GO, make sure to be transparent, honest, and respectful during all sticker trades. Respecting the rules and resolving any issues quickly and effectively can contribute positively to your reputation.
What is the criterion for counting feedback in case of repeated trades with the same user?
In the case of multiple trades with the same user within 24 hours, only the first feedback will be included in the numeric count. Additional feedback received within the same time frame will be displayed only in the feedback comments section, without increasing the total count. This rule has been implemented to prevent malicious users from creating multiple accounts to generate fake feedback and appear more reliable to the community.
