By entering the proposals section on incoming or sent exchanges, you will have available proposals. Once you have accepted a proposal you will activate the available chat by pressing the little cloud icon in the top right hand corner. For example in the exchange proposed to “Luca” in the top right hand corner the chat symbol will be available, once pressed you will be able to exchange messages in case of problems or other types of information.
