The visibility of a proposal is 24 hours. Once it has expired, it is removed from the system. If a short time has passed since the proposal was received/sent, it is likely that after accepting the proposal the completed exchange was also confirmed, thus removing the exchange. We advise you to read the warnings carefully as it is not possible to trace back the lost exchange.
