Here’s how long each type of exchange proposal remains visible in the app:
A sent or received proposal will remain in “pending” status for 12 hours, waiting to be accepted or declined.
Once accepted, the proposal will remain accessible for 30 hours to allow users to complete the exchange.
If a proposal is accepted and then canceled, it will still appear in the “closed” section for 12 hours, during which a report can be submitted.
If a proposal is completed, it will appear in the “closed” section for 30 hours minus the time taken to complete it.
Example: if the trade is completed 5 hours after acceptance, it will remain visible for 25 more hours.
If a sent proposal is declined, it will remain in the “sent” section (only for the user who initiated the proposal) for 12 hours minus the time it took the other user to decline.
Example: if declined after 3 hours, it will stay visible for 9 more hours.
After the expiration time, proposals will no longer be visible and no actions can be taken.
